Secret Garden Greenhouse

Although every year The Village of Make Believe City Park tends to improve, Village citizens have long bemoaned the lack of a proper greenhouse. This year, thanks to the generous folks at The Hatchery in North Ridgeville, OH, City Park will have her long overdue greenhouse.

The greenhouse has been named "The Secret Garden Greenhouse" in honor of Frances Hodgson Burnett, the author of the children's novel of the same name. It seemed only fitting to do so, as Mrs. Burnett's book has always been a most popular book for the young ladies of the Village of Make Believe. An Open House has been scheduled for the second weekend in December. Hot Chocolate and Christmas treats will be served.

[The Secret Greenhouse (Studio 56) has been retired. The Hatchery made the Village an offer well below market value, one that couldn't be refused.]
