An Unexpected Thing

An unexpected thing happened to me as I took a walk to re imagine Christianity. It started out as a walk to re-image theology in a way that spoke to a meta-modern culture—but then, as it is prone to do, the sidewalk jumped up and changed directions.

Theology was behind me and before me stood Jesus. “Follow me. Follow the way of Love,” he said, “And that is enough.”
