While today most of the "Christian Universalist" books written are apologetic, i.e., in defense of Christian Universalism," Christian Universalism has a rich history of works ranging from doctrinal to practical. Along with Universalism-centric reviews are the occasional review of a Unitarian work or a work that is not necessarily universalistic. but does add to our understanding of Universalism.
Many of the older works are noted in other sections with a a brief synopsis and a link to a full copy PDF. In this section, the reviews are mostly of current works, or older works still in print. Several of the reviews have been previously posted in "Reimagining Christianity."
